Job Summary:
The Retirement Plan Sales Consultant will work directly or through intermediaries to sell third party administration and recordkeeping services. The firm offers Total Choice, a 401(k) product tied to an open architecture investment program that features full fee transparency and revenue recapture. Up to 70% of sales leads are company generated. Target market includes firms with up to 2,500 employees, emphasis placed on those with 100 - 500 participants. Plans serviced encompass a broad selection including 401(k), 403(b), new comparability, age weighted, money purchase, ESOP, cash balance and traditional defined benefit plans. Our client serves more than 1,200 retirement clients that in the agregate have over $2.5 billion in plan assets.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Series 6 or 7, 63 state & variable licenses |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Highly ethical team player dedicated to doing what is best for each client.
• Must have 3 – 5+ years experience selling retirement plans DIRECT TO PLAN SPONSORS.
• An active centers of Influence (COI) network from which to generate sales leads. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
• Working knowledge of plan administration and record keeping.
• A consultative, confident interactive client presence; an effective cross-seller.
• Creative problem solver, detail oriented, flexible, meets deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and other computer programs.
