For St Louis, we are looking for someone to be able to build a C&I portfolio, and would hope this person could become the Team Leader or Manager of the commercial lending group. Our President in Milwaukee is an ex RE Lender from a major Chicago bank so a big piece of the portfolio is Real estate. If the right person comes along we could title them SVP/Team Leader. The lead banks in Milwaukee are Chase and M&I Bank |

The Commercial Lending C & I Team Leader is responsible and accountable for supporting a strong sales and referral environment while at the same time maintaining your own account retention and expanding a book of relationships and prospects within a geographic area. A team leader will handle complex relationships as you call on prospective and existing clients to generate loans, deposits, and fees for a geographic area. You will determine credit eligibility, prepare loan narratives, ensure loans meet appropriate criteria, and effectively cross-sell products. Your responsibilities include marketing products and services, including preparing for client calls, making sales calls, and call follow-up as well as monitoring and enhancing profitability on all assigned relationships. You will supervise and/or mentor other lenders. These responsibilities will be accomplished by performing the following duties.
