| Position Responsibilities: |
Direct all lending activities for this de novo community bank, part of a highly respected regional banking group; manage lending staff, and loan processes between bank and holding company; ensure portfolio quality and risk standards are met. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Demonstrated competence in underwriting, structuring and closing a variety of commercial loan types, including real estate construction and C&I; experience in leading lending teams desired; manage business development effort (pipeline), and be an effective individual contributor. **Regulatory approval required** |
