| Position Responsibilities: |
The Director role is responsible for originating loan commitments and other products for clients, managing client relationships, anticipates client needs and recognizes opportunities to cross sell. Calls on clients and prospects to build or expand existing relationship. Coordinates with other specialists (investment management, cash management, international services) to provide comprehensive Private Equity/Private Banking solutions to meet client needs. Engages in business community activities to enhance the bank´s visibility in the target market segments. Interacts with clients, referrals and prospects independently. Develops and maintains a network in the private equity and venture capital community and develops referral sources for new clients, investment opportunities, and sources of revenue. Able to handle complex financial situations and define creative solutions to client needs. Underwrites, negotiates and documents large and complex commitments. Maintains appropriate risk assessments on all credits. Negotiates terms and conditions with clients. Manages client concerns with internal operations and product groups. Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Experience: 5+ years of related selling experience. Advanced knowledge of bank operations and products. Strong negotiation, marketing, and excellent closing skills. Expertise in risk assessment. Expertise in personal financial wealth strategies. |
