| Position Responsibilities: |
As a Treasury Services Sales Officer, you will be responsible for consultative sales to meet the needs of commercial customers and grow Treasury services revenue for the bank. Sales will be achieved from both referrals from Commercial Relationship Managers, as well as through self directed calling efforts.
The primary responsibilities of this position include developing good working relations with bankers for referral opportunities, coordinating closely with the RMs to ensure customer satisfaction, building and maintaining a pipeline of customer opportunities, developing and executing calling plans, identifying prospects for Treasury services and proactively working to obtain the business, maintaining a strong working knowledge of Treasury products and how they apply to customer business needs, and actively working within the markets you serve to maximize referrals and new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 3 plus years of direct Treasury Sales experience and be comfortable generating leads and developing business opportunities.
A 4 year degree in financial or business related course work is desired.
CTP/CCM designation is preferred.
