| Position Responsibilities: |
A full-service national company that specializes in the commercial and multifamily real estate industry desires a Sr. Lender/Originator who has focused on the direct origination of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac & HUD loans. The position is located in Atlanta but the ideal candidate will have contacts in GA and other sates such as TX, LA, NC, SC, FL, etc. If you have strong lending skills with bridge, conduit and/or mezzanine and new construction experience in the multifamily and commercial real estate industries and desire to work with one of the top national companies in this industry, please respond. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
6 years prior experience in commercial real estate and multifamily real estate industry. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
6+ years prior experience in commercial real estate and multifamily real estate focusing on the direct origination of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac & HUD loans required. Experience will include: originating & structuring debt investments with lenders, developers and municipal customers; including both commercial real estate and multi-family investments. |
