| Position Responsibilities: |
VISION: Key role within global manufacturer of products sold through multi channels. Since endorsing Six Sigma and completing a series of lean manufacturing events, this expanding business has improved profits, EBITDA, productivity, cash flow, and revenues.
OPPORTUNITY: Report to the Board; communicate across all levels of the company; and be responsible for planning, management and completion of risk assessment, audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance of manufacturing, distribution, R&D, and sales operations. Direct a small team and be liaison to external Big 4 CPA firm. After 1Q SOX compliance, concentrate on business risk assessment, financial/operational audits, and business reviews. Be involved in special projects that involve changes in business operations (i.e. Six Sigma; rationalization studies; cost reduction; acquisition probes). Develop and mentor talent that can be promoted and look at this opportunity as a stepping stone role at the divisional or corporate level.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS a must. Seek 8+ years of public and/or manufacturing accounting experience that includes audit of manufacturing, SOX, and business processes. Could be Divisional Controller with audit background or Audit Manager who wants to step up into #1 role. Must excel in Board presentations and Audit Committee interaction. Great segue to other key financial roles i.e. Controller ships, Plant Controller, FP&A. etc. Demonstrated history. |
