| Position Responsibilities: |
Business develoment, managing, and expanding business relationships in market. Offer full array of loan and ancillary products and services of bank. Cross-sell non credit products including wealth management, treasury management, etc. Performs credit analysis and presents package to a senior credit officer on any loans in excess of authority. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce a minimum of $8,000,000 in business lending (lines of credit, equipment or real estate) loans per year. Target loans size is $75,000 to $2,000,000.00 and companies with revenues up to $15,000,000. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program, have equivalent credit experience or successfully completed RMA or Omega business credit classes. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Looking for a strong calling officer, extensive business development experience in a mature bank sales culture. Preferred candidates will have a proven track record with an ability to quickly assess loan credit risk for desirability thorough analysis and either analyze/package loans for approval or submit for scorecard approval on smaller deals. Extensive experience cross-selling other bank products is needed. |
