Job 8257: Commercial Lending - Middle Market C&I

Location: TX-Dallas  
Southwest (AZ, AR, NM, OK & TX)
Salary Range: $115,000-130,000
Bonus & Incentives: Annual bonus of 0% to 40%
Position Responsibilities: Develop, service, and expand commercial relationships to new and existing relationships in market. Average loans size of 500K for C&I or 1M for CRE.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Must produce a minimum of 15MM-20MM in commercial lending lines. (equipment loans, accounts, receivable, owner occupied, end mortgages, manufacturing, lines of credit) Must have appropriate credit training including graduate of bank sponsored training program, RMA, or Omega business credit class.
Preferred Qualifications: Extensive business development experience in a mature bank sales culture. Preferred candidates will have a proven track record with an ability to quickly assess loan credit risk for desirability thorough analysis. Must embrace community involvement.
