Job 8269: Debt Compliance and Treasury Analyst

Location: IL-Chicago  
Lower Midwest (IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MO, NE & OH)
Salary Range: 60,000-80,000
Bonus & Incentives:
Position Responsibilities: Responsibilities include:•Lead reconciliation and preparation of monthly/quarterly Servicer reports with Trustees of the various Golub managed funds •Assist in preparation of marketing materials, ad hoc analysis and other financial reports in support of third-party capital raising for Golub •Work with third party accounting firms during audits of managed funds in providing necessary data and reconciling exceptions •Preparation and analysis of various Treasury reports including weekly asset allocation/liquidity management report for senior management •Interaction with rating agencies, investment banks, trustees and accountants on new and existing CLO transactions as needed •Monitor and process loan ratings packages for ratings agencies and maintain ratings database• Prepare portfolio level information including marking portfolios to market •Provide operational support to bank loan managers and analysts •Provide back-up support and redundancy to specified team members •Maintain appropriate records for data integrity •Resource and implement ad-hoc projects and special business driven projects as directed by firm management •Continually strive to develop skills and remain informed of “best practices”.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, CPA
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree required. •CPA and/or direct CLO experience desired (not required). •Work experience in corporate finance with a focus on credit analysis a plus. •Have the ability to read and understand legal documents. •Be organized and able to work well under pressure. •Be thorough and accurate in all aspects of work, demonstrate attention to detail. •Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. •Proficient knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word. •Demonstrate flexibility around responsibilities and working hours where required. •Ability to drive projects to completion independently, while also functioning in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Comments: Client company provides financing to middle market companies at multiple levels of the capital structure. The firm specializes in providing senior debt, mezzanine and one-stop debt financings, preferred stock and minority equity co-investments for middle market companies typically controlled by a private equity sponsor. Financing is generally used to support buyouts, refinancing/recapitalizations, add-on acquisitions and other capital requirements. The firm currently manages over $2.5 billion in assets.
