| Position Responsibilities: |
This member of senior management team handles a group of departments that include electronic Banking, Information Technology and Security, Item Processing, Deposit Operations, Risk Management and Merchant Services. Oversees all operations which support Retail Banking, including chairing the Product Development Committee. Assumes responsibility for supervising the development and implementation of new deposit product procedures, and oversee deposit and electronic banking services and activities.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
High School Degree |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Diversified background in banking.
5- 10 years banking experience in mid to upper management.
Strong background in both traditional and electronic banking services.
Knowledge of compliance and security rules and regulations.
Solid background in bank operations and information technology.
Adaptable to environment that changes constantly.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
Strong computer skills with knowledge of JHA Silverlake (preferred but not required) and related software applications.
