| Position Responsibilities: |
Responsible for sourcing new lending business within the community and servicing a variety of general C&I and commercial real estate loans while concurrently providing leadership to lending team. Provides decisions on loans and/or makes recommendations to executive bank management. Manages business relationships to ensure personal and team production, revenue and retention goals are met. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
A minimum of 8 years C&I and CRE commercial banking experience including supervision of a commercial lending team. |

Client seeking an established in-market Team Leader to grow an existing clean portfolio of general commercial and commercial real estate lending clients.
Please note: Client will also very seriously consider a strong line lender who wants to become a Team Leader.
Very simple and streamlined credit approval process without unnecessary layers or egos. No mandatory cross selling, just commercial lending without hassles or scorecards.
Bank management is stable, entrepreneurial and responsible.
This Team Leader position will have a surprisingly high level of meaningful daily contact with senior management.
