| Position Responsibilities: |
The Trust Officer provides Private and bank clients with trust and investment management services, focusing on fiduciary administrative functions and resolving client related inquiries/issues. Responsible for day to day oversight and administration of a complex book of accounts. Position requires understanding the intricacies of each account, including analyzing and following fiduciary terms of agreements and application of federal and state regulations. Controls and minimizes potential risks through proactive behavior and through knowledge of compliance and risk management guidelines. Consistently improves relationships with internal and external clients to increase customer satisfaction and new business opportunities. This is a non-licensed position. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Minimum of 5 to 7 years personal trust/investment related experience.
Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
Demonstrated oral, written, and presentation skills.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to work in a multi-task environment with minimum supervision while demonstrating teamwork.
Computer literate.
