| Position Responsibilities: |
Fantastic opportunity to dynamically grow an already established business through strong leadership and strategic change. First and foremost, the candidate must be bilingual in Japanese and English. Second, they must know the Asian Financial and Corporate Markets, • Ensuring understanding and compliance with specific Japanese regulations with respect to sales solicitation and other associated matters. Third, Individuals will need to have the personality, stature, knowledge and gravitas to be able to develop relationships with key clients and to be their trusted advisor. It is desirable that the successful candidate should have a strong background in client/sales management, and be conversant with the TS product offering. Last but not least, the candidate must have proved themselves a dynamic business producer and team leader with a proven track record of winning new business, closing transactions and developing networks of contacts both internally and externally, with the ability to achieve agreed targets and goals. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Masters |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bilingual in Japanese and English. Knowledge of the Asian Financial Institution and Corporate Markets. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Strong knowledge of Treasury Services, Trade Finance, Liquidity Management and Emerging Payment Channels to Asian Client Subsidiaries. |
