Job 8303: VP / Originations

Location:
Southeast (AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC & TN)
Salary Range: 90,000-125,000 DOE plus incentive.
Bonus & Incentives: Unlimited incentive potential
Position Responsibilities: National banking client is looking to expand multifamily capital lending group nationally. Focus is direct origination of new permanent COMMERCIAL loan business, and perfect candidate must have experience in agency orignations - particularly FHA (multifamily and healthcare) programs. Position can be located in any major market not currently covered by the client - preferrably Chicago or Atlanta Being a large, national player, the client offers resources to allow flexibility in putting transactions together, and is looking for a solid producer to be the face of the bank.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years in direct business solicitation, must include multifamily assets.
Preferred Qualifications: Prefer strong background in all property types. This is a sales position, due to commodity-like nature of product! Strong salesperson preferred.
Additional Comments: This group has been changing and new management brings direct governmental agency experience. Bank offers very competitive programs to provide for changes happening within agency programs. PLEASE, RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE CANDIDATES NOT A FIT.
