| Position Responsibilities: |
Designs, develops, and markets new Treasury Management products for one or more divisions or market segments. Reviews and modifies existing Treasury Management products to maximize profitability, meet strategic business objectives and customer needs. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• College Degree in accounting, finance, or business and/or equivalent experience.
• Marketing experience and sales experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of banking product design/development and business development experience.
• 3 years of experience in cash and treasury management including exposure to sales, operations and systems.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) esignation preferred.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies.
• Knowledge of product/community/market relationships.
• Knowledge of bank Treasury Management products, services, operating systems and interactions with the Federal Reserve Bank.
• Superior product development skills.
