Perform Due Diligence, modeling and valuation related to the transaction activity for a top conglomerate's Security business. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Due Diligence experience from a Transaction Services Group within a Big 4 Firm |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Big 4 CPA from a Transaction Services Team.
Experience with EBITDA and operations integration accounting and operational knowledge.
Valuation and modeling experience also preferred |
