| Position Responsibilities: |
Manage and grow significant commercial loan customer portfolio with focus toward developing solid business relationships. Maintain active business development effort through prospect calling, referral source cultivation and community involvement. Manage current loan-deposit portfolio in an effort to retain existing business and expand the portfolio. Negotiate loan requests with clients. Oversee preparation of underwriting packages and be able to justify the credit and support the proposed loan structure to senior management. Monitor loan portfolio and maintain the credit quality standards. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
5+ years of commercial lending experience. Previous experience with management and growth of customer portfolio. Previous completion of a Credit Training program required.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
Middle Market experience. Asset Based Lending, Lending to Government Contractors, Real Estate Lending.
Contacts and relationships with executive level contacts in middle market companies such as CFO, Treasurer, etc... Typical client company will have between $25mm and $500mm in revenues. |

This is an RM role with slightly more of an enphasis on sales than portfolio management. |
