| Position Responsibilities: |
Actively acquires and manages revenue-generating affluent client relationships,using advisory and consultative sales skills. Provides financial solutions to include; custom lending, personal trust, tax and estate planning, and investment management services. The RM works to achieve results that are in the best interest of the client and the bank. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, MBA, CFP, PFP a plus. |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Insurance and Series 7/66 licenses required or must be willing to obtain within 12 months. Candidate must posses the ability to understand personal and business financial statements, complex tax returns and understanding of credit structures. Lending experience required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with proven sales,marketing and presentation experience. Proven problem solving, conflict resolution, time management, follow-up and decision making skills required
