| Job Description: |
Actively acquires and manages revenue-generating affluent client relationships,using advisory and consultative sales skills. Provides financial solutions to include; custom lending, personal trust, tax and estate planning, and investment management services. The RM works to achieve results that are in the best interest of the client and the bank. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, None, FINRA Registered Rep - Series 6|FINRA Registered Rep - Series 7 - Stock Broker |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Insurance and Series 7/66 licenses required or must be willing to obtain within 12 months. Candidate must posses the ability to understand personal and business financial statements, complex tax returns and understanding of credit structures. Lending experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with proven sales,marketing and presentation experience. Proven problem solving, conflict resolution, time management, follow-up and decision making skills required |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Bankers who have been formally trained in Commercial Credit usually do well, but they must have a strong referral network in the High Net Worth Community locally. |
