Job 8354: Institutional Sales Representative

Location: MD-Baltimore   Pennsylvania
Mid-Atlantic (DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA & WV)
Salary Range: 125000 - 150000 DOE plus Sales Incentive compensation
Bonus & Incentives: Annual sales based incentive payments are uncapped and range from 5% - 45% based on tiered revenue production results.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Primarily focus is to 1) sell the firm’s institutional investment management products both within and outside its footprint and 2) achieve agreed to annual sales goals. Products include: 1. Enhanced Cash 2. Equity and Fixed Income Strategies Primary duties: 1) Call on prospective institutional clients. 2) Develop and deliver effective sales presentations. 3) Identify and cultivate relationships with targeted consultants and other external referral sources. 4) Develop effective partnerships and internal referral sources within the Bank.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, None specified
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: 1) Experience selling institutional investment management services (minimum 3 years). 2) Undergraduate or advanced degree. 3) Effective communication and proven sales skills. 4) Results – oriented, ability to work independently to achieve sales goals. 5) Ability to develop internal and external referral sources- Basic PC skills.
Preferred Qualifications: 1) Prefer advanced degree and 5 - 10 years industry sales experience. 2) Mid-Atlantic regional presence in addition to national referral contacts ideal.
