Salary Range: 100000 - 120000

Position Responsibilities: Summary: Responsible for the design, implementation and the support for all of the company’s Treasury Management Technology. Primary responsibility is to leverage the Treasury Management Technology (i.e. Sungard/Integrity, Currenex and Bloomberg) in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the Treasury department. Act as the principal interface with banks, subsidiaries and other departments in order to implement Treasury Management Technology. Develop and maintain reporting packages from the Treasury Management Technology which will be used to forecast cash, quantifying risks, provide sensitivity analysis, produce Intercompany bills, etc. Responsibilities: ? Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the company’s Treasury Management Technology. The current Treasury Management Technology is as follows: - Sungard-Integrity (Primary Treasury Management System) - Currenex (FX Trading platform) - Bloomberg (Market rate interface) - Hyperion Enterprise & Hyperion Planning Interfaces ? Responsible for managing and maintaining all external interfaces related to the Treasury Management Systems (TMS). This will include interfaces with our banking partners like Mellon, JPM and HSBC and other Treasury Technology providers like Currenex and Bloomberg. ? Responsible for designing and enhancing reporting packages derived from our Treasury Management Systems. There are currently an estimated 40 plus custom Crystal Reports that need to be designed. ? Scope out and coordinate the International roll-out of the Sungard-Integrity (TMS). We will likely be setting up a European Treasury Center in Germany subsequent to the roll-out of the TMS in the US. ? Roll-out the e-treasury version of the Sungard-Integrity (TMS) to Henry Schein subsidiaries that only require web based version of the TMS. ? Design and implement Treasury Department website. Website will be used to better communicate the key functions and Policies of the Treasury Department. In addition, the Treasury website should tie the recent investments in Treasury Technology (e-treasury, FX rate feeds, etc.) ? Update and maintain procedure manual for all key functions initiated in the TMS. Also responsible for reviewing security and controls related to the TMS. ? Responsible for training staff (corporate and subsidiary) on how to efficiently use existing Treasury Management Technology. ? Evaluate and maintain disaster recovery plan for all Treasury Management technology. Will also be responsibility for the planning, managing and testing of all system upgrades and enhancements in the Q&A environment. ? Coordinates and maintains inter-departmental communications as they relate to Treasury Management Systems. Works closely with subsidiaries, information systems, corporate accounting and the international teams. ? Recommends improvements to existing department policies, procedures and controls to keep up with organization's changing business environment. ? Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: ? A minimum of 3-5 year’s of Treasury Management System experience required. ? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Information Systems required. ? Strong analytical skills with advanced abilities with Sungard-Integrity, Microsoft Excel, Crystal Reports and Hyperion (a plus). Strong knowledge of processes in treasury, banking, cash management, foreign exchange and financial markets. Expert knowledge of treasury accounting and financial principles and practices required. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Effective communication skills. Excellent organization skills, ability to effectively multitask, self-starter
