| Position Responsibilities: |
This position will be responsible for the financial engineering (analysis and structuring) associated with the investment and leasehold engagements of the company’s professionals and their clients. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and interpreting property level information, including historical operating statements, budgets, leases, loan agreements, etc.
- Preparing cash flows utilizing Argus and proprietary Excel-based templates.
- Attending meetings with sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants to discuss financial and occupancy structures and strategies.
- Assisting in the hiring and training of new analysts.
- Identifying business development opportunities.

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
? BA/BS degree in finance, real estate and/or accounting
? A minimum of two-four years of related commercial real estate experience.
? Strong presentation and communication skills
? Be able to demonstrate their ability to operate in a deadline-sensitive dynamic environment.
? Possess excellent financial skills, as well as have hands-on experience in analyzing leasehold and investment transactions.
? An expert knowledge of Excel and Argus is a must.
