| Position Responsibilities: |
Performs activities involving the direct management of outsourced credit card portfolios, compliance, operations and financial performance. (Performance audits of outside collection agencies.)
¨ Responsible for the coordination and direction of departmental projects.
¨ Responsible for the creation and maintenance of agency partner MIS reports.
¨ Responsible for the development and maintenance of all Early Out Policy and Procedure manuals.
¨ Development, implementation and reporting for early out pricing and incentive programs within department.
¨ Responsible for providing agency partners strategic direction to enhance collection and roll rate performance.
¨ Responsible for continuous challenging of current agency partner performance and pricing strategies.
¨ Assist in administration of agency partner inventory utilizing systems support.
¨ Creation and maintenance of internal and external quality reporting.
¨ Demonstrate working knowledge of first and third party collection regulations governing the industry.
¨ Responsible to oversee reconciliation processes for monthly financial invoices.
¨ Responsible for the management and development of support staff.
¨ Responsible for bi-annual on-site audits of all agency partners to validate compliance and performance objectives.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
* Minimum high school equivalent required, (higher education preferred). * Must possess 3 to 5 years previous collection and/or recovery management experience, and 1 to 2 years previous experience with a creditor managing outside agency relationships. * Relevant experience must have been in the credit card industry. * Will be required to demonstrate exemplary ability in the areas of employee development, combined with an innovative insight and progressive approach to systems, strategic and procedural functions. * Must possess excellent communication, analytical, organizational and opportunity resolution skills. * Position requires 25 - 30% travel including long international trips as long as 2 weeks. * Must have passport and ability to obtain work visas as needed in foreign countries |
