Job 8379: Trust Administrator II

Location: MD-Baltimore  
Mid-Atlantic (DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA & WV)
Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 DOE plus bonus opportunity
Bonus & Incentives: Annual bank bonus based on annual financial performance.

PRIMARY FOCUS: Will perform account administration involving a variety of bond indentures and escrow agreements numbering approximately 120 accounts. DUTIES: 1) Manages cash flows pursuant to bond documents and performs legal document reviews and negotiations. 2) Manages large accounts including analysis and study of nominating instruments, arranges for the assembly, appraisal, evaluation, transfer, and protection of assets or business interests, and arranges for accounting distributions. 3) Corresponds with agencies, customers, and organizations to resolve problems, attend to requests, and other related business within the acquisition, disposition, and preservation of trust accounts. 4) Advise officers and members in the trust department on questions concerning the acceptability of trust positions and the proper use of income or principle for accounts being managed. 5) Maintain constant contact with customers and agencies through personal visits, notifications, and compliance requests. 6) Works closely with and maintains good working relationships with various internal team members for support in the processing of payments, record keeping, bond transfers, and system set-up of bond holders.

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: 1) Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent work experience. 2) Ability to negotiate legal documents. 3) Ability to work effectively under time sensitive deadlines at varying intervals. 4) General knowledge of personal computers and software utilized by department. Strong analytical ability. 5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with professionals in the finance and legal communities.
