| Position Responsibilities: |
Summary of Responsibilities
Manages the Small Business Banking segment for the Bank. Oversees the origination and retention of small business deposit and loan relationships and merchant and lease referral program. Responsible for credit quality and attainment of budget volumes and department profitability. Manages the B2B automated underwriting platform, transition to document prep and ultimately the upload to Fiserve.

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• 5-15 years of management experience in Small Business lending
• Underwriting experience
• Business Development and Sales
• Sales Management experience
• Bachelor degree or equivalent education and experience
• Small Business Loan and Deposit Products
• State and Federal Regulations
• Managing Personnel with the ability to supervise staff
• Bank loan policies and procedures
