This position manages the Wealth Management Tax Division. Conduct performance management process and provide input for staffing and disciplinary actions; review the more complex income tax products in order to comply with tax legislations. Work closely in setting periodic goals and coordinating the activity of others to meet goals.
1. Manage a tax group of four or five team leaders and people under each of them. Conduct the hiring and performance management process, provide input for disciplinary actions, and provide hands-on training to staff.
2. Develop periodic goals, organize work, set short-term priorities, monitor all activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
3. Review the more complex income tax products to ensure regulatory compliance with tax legislation.
4. Interact with internal/external sources.
5. Provide sales assistance, as needed. Travel less than 5%.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Masters preferred
* CPA or JD a plus
* 5+ years experience
* Big 4 preferred, but not necessary
* Excellent management skills a must
