| Position Responsibilities: |
Senior Financial Reporting Analyst
Leading San Antonio area manufacturing company seeks a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst. This well established and profitable company offers an excellent work environment, great benefits, bonus potential and relocation package.
Role requires a strong understanding of accounting and GAAP. Functions include assisting with: compilation and analysis of financial information, development of integrated analyses, projections, reports, and presentations, creation and analyses of period reports, and ensuring financial information has been recorded accurately, identification of trends and developments, financial forecasting, reconciliation of internal accounts, preparation of accruals for financial statements.
Requires excellent communications skills - up, down and lateral in organization - including management presentations. Must interface and communicate with business, technical and contracts executives. Must work well with others. Focus on playing integral role on a newly formed team, while integrating into larger F&A group.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA a plus, 4+ years related experience in Accounting or Finance. Requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail. SAP and Hyperion experience a plus. Exceptional personal computer and business solutions software skills; advanced knowledge of excel required.
