| Position Responsibilities: |
Perform credit analysis on lender generated general commercial and commercial real estate loans and presents completed work to senior lender. Loan size ranges from $250,000 to $20 million. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, None Needed |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
2 to 3 years general commercial or real estate credit analysis exposure supported by on the job or a formal bank-training program. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Extensive real estate credit analysis or underwriting experience in a traditional highly autonomous banking environment. Former regional or money center bank experience as an assistant lender is a plus. |
