The company develops innovative products and provides current information to respond to the ever-changing regulatory requirements of our providers, serving more than 25,000 health care clients with more than 5,000 individual SKUs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Lead product, customer, and competitor research.
* Direct product development and product management activities.
* Develop and execute marketing and sales plans.
* Develop, define and execute marketing strategies to take advantage of the opportunities identified while accounting for and addressing threats and risks.
* Communicate marketing strategy and focus to all functions within the company. * Develop and implement communication plans internally for the sales organization, and externally for customers;
* Develop and maintain personal relationships with "C-Level" executives of selected key customers and group purchasing organizations;
* Ensure national sales compensation programs encourage and direct sales efforts in support of sales objectives.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Masters |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. MBA strongly preferred.
* 12+ years post-education experience in increasingly responsible marketing management roles within the health care or related industry.
* Experience must include creating, developing, and selling new products; gaining consumer understanding, specifically, experience in gaining consumer, customer, or competitor insights; and creating and communicating a marketing message externally as well as strategic and marketing plan messages to internal customers.
