| Position Responsibilities: |
As Director of Credit Risk Management, individual will manage and oversee activities related to credit risk and credit quality of all retail and commercial loan portfolios, in order to appropriately manage losses and other problems in the loan portfolio. .
Areas and functions reporting to this position include: credit risk management including quantitative credit risk and modeling, credit review, credit policy, appraisal review, appraisal coordination, and the bank’s SVP/Retail Credit Officer. Ensure that the CCO, State Senior Credit Officers, and other loan managers have the data needed to make decisions regarding loans and the loan portfolios. Also provide credit policy and risk guidance to the centralized retail credit functions.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Oversee the preparation, gathering, reporting, and modeling of loan data, reports, market information, and
trend analysis to assess credit risk levels in the lending portfolio and activities. Make suggestions and
provide guidance regarding credit risk to the CCO and other Senior Managers involved in lending or loan
related activities and Chair Business Risk Committee. Also, represent the Credit Group and Risk
Committee and present risk analysis to the quarterly Audit Committee.
Research lending issues with regulators, auditors, and other parties to ensure compliance with appropriate
safety and soundness guidance, i.e. SOX . Act as regulatory liaison regarding the lending functions.
Supervise managers of Credit Review and Risk Management (including the SVP-Retail Credit
Officer/Quantitative Credit Risk Manager), Appraisal Review, and Appraisal Coordination.
Oversee all quantitative credit risk activities including modeling , validation, dual risk rating, loss and
migration.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Ten or more years of progressive experience in commercial
lending, credit administration, credit risk or credit review experience – at least 5 of which must be in a
senior credit risk or credit administration related position. A minimum of five years of supervisory
experience is required
