Job 8424: Regional Sales Manager

Salary Range: $90,000 base salary plus bonus / override $175k -$225k
Bonus & Incentives: Overrides on the entire gross revenue in the sales region. Bonus incentives for recruting experienced advisors.
Position Responsibilities: Looking for a True Leader, a Solid Business Partner, a Strong Coach, Mentor, Trainer as well as a Recruiter who can bring in top talent to a Growing Financial Services Firm. If you have the above attributes are qualified and can verify past results, then please apply. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary plus Override on Territory and Full Benefits Package. Total Compensation Range of $90,000K to 200,000K Duties: Manage, coach and supervise a team of 20 Financial Consultants in an assigned market or region. Participate in the recruitment and selection of assigned team. Create strong partnerships with internal colleagues, provide NASD supervision, auditing, reporting and results for team relative to assigned financial budget. Also responsible for the management of any support colleagues assigned to this team. Responsible for all regulatory record keeping and files, group presentations, performance management and specific trade review/supervision. Also required to identify and coach team to additional investment/insurance product opportunities and FC prospecting in region. Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years experience. Series 7, 63 & 65 licenses required. State insurance licenses and Series 24 Management experience in all aspects of registered principal and supervisory role within a NASD member firm required. Must have financial budgetary experience and proven ability to deliver on financial expectations for team. Must have experience i-recruiting and interviewing professional financial consultants in the field. Management in direct sales of investment/insurance products with a proven record of success. History of ethical and compliant behavior in background and NASD form U-4. The ability to pass challenging regulatory exams and maintain certifications through ongoing continuing education.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, Series 7, 66 and 24 and or 9 & 10
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Must be in the brokerage, investment and wealth management arena.
Preferred Qualifications: Must have retail brokerage, bank brokerage sales management experience as well as recruting experience of retail brokerage financial advisors.
