| Position Responsibilities: |
As one of the largest accounting/multi-disciplinary financial and consulting firms in New York State, our client has a very simple philosophy: “Exceed client expectations and achieve excellence in everything we do”. Working with the partner-in-charge, the Senior Manager – Retirement Plans Division will oversee the management of plan administration and provide strategic leadership to enhance client service. The Senior Manager will also leverage partner-client relationships in the upstate & metro New York markets to expand the firm’s EB outreach and grow the practice.
This is an ideal opportunity for a cross-over candidate that has technical retirement/pension industry knowledge and savvy, some management experience, and has the heart of a client-focused consultant, i.e., a natural closer. | Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, QPA,CPC, CEBS (Preferred not required) |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BA/BS Degree. * Minimum of 3 years experience. *Strong skills in Word and Excel. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
15 years experience in retirement plan consulting and administration. |
| Additional Comments: |
Seeking experienced plan administrator, supervisor, consult/sales professional to be involved in practice management. Need person excited about leveraging partner relationships and others within the metro New York and upstate markets to help grow the EB practice based in Albany. |
