| Position Responsibilities: |
• Responsible for the development and administration of the region’s Treasury Management portfolio, by identifying and supporting new sales opportunities.
• Actively support the region’s lending team to promote Treasury Management products and services.
• Routinely interface with Deposit Operations, Information Technology and other internal support teams to make appropriate recommendations to ensure product design, implementation and delivery are appropriate and technology remains appropriate and competitive.

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Bachelors Degree in related field and 10+ years of treasury management experience within the Banking Industry required;
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation a plus;
• Knowledge of the market place which includes Philadelphia and the five county region;
• Strong knowledge and understanding of wholesale cash management products necessary;
• Proven ability to perform as an individual contributor;
• Self-motivated individual with strong presentation and organizational skills preferred.
