| Position Responsibilities: |
• Processing stock grants, terminations, exercises and Restricted Stock Unit releases
• Reconciling daily, monthly and quarterly stock activity to verify all stock transactions to source documents
• Interacting with transfer agent and brokers to ensure that trades are settled in a timely manner
• Preparing reports for required SEC filings: includes Section 16, executive compensation disclosures in the proxy statement, FAS 123R disclosures in 10-K and 10-Q.
• Preparing tax reports as requested
• Managing tax withholding and release of vested Restricted Stock Units
• Working with external auditors and consultants related to stock administration during SOX 404 testing and quarterly review and annual audit processes
• Managing blackout trading suspension with legal department
• Maintaining integrity of data in Equity Edge Database
• Performing other duties as required

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CEP Level 1 designation or higher |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• BA/BS degree
• 4+ years experience in Stock Administration
• CEP Level 1 designation or higher
• Strong technical skills, along with excellent organizational skills, sound judgment and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Equity Edge 6.2 or higher, Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interface effectively with senior management
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
