| Position Responsibilities: |
The Corporate office at Charlotte has an immediate opening for the position of Senior Analyst – Business Development. This position will be involved in the coordinated implementation of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships or other similar venues and structures in conjunction with the long-term objectives of the business units. Specific job functions will include financial modeling, analysis of markets, customers, competition, and industry trends and participation in due diligence and negotiations. Travel will be required.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
? Minimum of 4 years experience in a financial or analytical position
? Minimum four year business degree or equivalent
? CPA or MBA a plus
? Excellent quantitative and analytic skills
? Solid general business acumen and orientation
? Strong communication skills
? Goal oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision
? Must have familiarity with Excel and Powerpoint
