| Position Responsibilities: |
Preparation of annual plans (assess risk and determine audit frequency and scope) for audit coverage of assigned areas and reviews. Manages the most complex and technically challenging audit engagements. This includes planning, executing, and documenting Internal Audit review of internal control systems in complex business processes. Interacts with customers to communicate audit results, consult on action plans to mitigate control weaknesses, build consensus, support implementation of solutions, and stay abreast of business and control issues in assigned areas. Recruits, retains, assigns, motivates, coaches, mentors, evaluates, trains and counsels assigned staff. In-depth knowledge and expertise of assigned audit area and working knowledge of business areas within that area. Superior audit technical skills, a strong executive presence, and good working relationships with customers. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
2 to 5 years of experience. Job requires a Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired;

| Preferred Qualifications: |
eight years of public accounting, accounting experience in a large company, or experience with financial services internal auditing; four years experience managing multiple assignments and staff. CPA or other applicable professional certification required.
