| Position Responsibilities: |
Interview residential mortgage loan applicants
Obtain financial and loan information from applicants
Conducts preliminary analysis of financials
Inform the customer of the outcome of the preliminary financial analysis and loan commitment
Monitor loan repayment activities and take action as necessary.
Undertake special projects as needed.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
A portfolio in the area with a loyal following
Bachelors degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent education/experience
Four years lending experience
Outside Sales/Marketing experience
Interpersonal and communication skills to professionally represent the Bank in the local communities
