| Position Responsibilities: |
Originate and Close Commercial / Multi Family / Agency Loans on a National Scale. Loan sizes up to $300MM , with a strong closing ratio.
Our client lends in all 50 states and has GSE / Fannie and Freddie and SBA programs as well as several investor programs as well.. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Agency/FHA/FNMA/ Lending experience |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Expertise in Goverment Commercial Lending, not looking for CMBS Loan Officers, but will consider Portfolio Lenders
