| Position Responsibilities: |
Our client is seeking an experienced Treasury Management sales person to take responsibility for the development and retention of Treasury Management business for the Commercial Banking office located in downtown Los Angeles, CA. This position is responsible for:
• Driving new Treasury Management revenue through new business and cross-sale opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment – working closely with technical specialists, relationship managers and business development officers.
• Meeting annual revenue sales goals and sales activity targets.
• Developing and executing regular calling programs.
• Developing and executing sales plans for territory and key customer accounts.
• Providing training on TM products and services to relationship managers, relationship associates and other partners as needed.
• Actively sharing knowledge and market experience with peers and less experienced team members and is a participant in Treasury Management initiatives.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience selling Treasury Management services to businesses with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products & services.
• Strong understanding of accounting and technology as it relates to a company’s financial operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CCM or CTP certification strongly preferred.
