| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
* 10+ years of banking experience
* 5+ years of management experience
* P&L responsibility
* Strong strategic planning
* Proven ability to build and lead sales teams
* Proven track record of growing business
* Proven track record of opening new markets
* Desire to be a key component of an organizations growth |
