| Position Responsibilities: |
Use your experience in refining/chemicals operations in this awesome opportunity to serve as a functional leader for venture development projects! Owns business case for capital ventures of around $10MM.
Responsibilities include:
* Integrate with site planning groups to develop capital strategic evaluations.
* Perform screening studies to determine best case capital scenarios.
* Provide FEL support for phases I/II in the area of process selection, plant configuration, feedstock /product volume balances and integration with existing plant infrastructure.
* Owner of technology evaluations and final selection
* Coordinate with business development (CFO group)
* Support Strategic Capital Program – revenue improvement projects >$10MM
* Integration of project execution into plant T/A planning and execution activities.
* Development of staffing plans, operating procedures, training guides.
* Execution of project commissioning activities and startup
* Transition of unit to plant operations
* Project sponsor
* Drives integration activities between plants and venture projects
* Project performance reviews
* Reviews performance drivers and measures

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
* 10+ years experience in project management, venture project development and refining/chemicals operations
* BS in Engineering required
* Must have an engineering background!!
