100,000- 120,000 DOE |

monthly bonus paid on average monthly fee, loan and deposit balances – NO CAP |
| Position Responsibilities: |
5 to 8 years of experience in general commercial & industrial lending middle market businesses. Emphasis on prospecting, sales development and origination responsibilities.
Superior sales, negotiating, interpersonal and client service skills.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Familiarity with commercial lending practices and procedures, legal and documentation issues, operating and risk characteristics of a broad base of business and industry types.
Ability to read and analyze financial statements, particularly regarding various measures of profitability and cash flow, balance sheet strength, and quality of assets as collateral

| Preferred Qualifications: |
Formal bank credit training is strongly preferred |
