| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requires significant management and commercial lending experience to the middle market and affluent client segments; is a hands-on professional that serves as the market leader in the community; demonstrated history of negotiating complex credits, and effectively growing markets; strategic portfolio management experience required. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Experience as either unit or regional president of $2-$5B bank group, or as chief credit officer in a regional bank preferred. |
