| Position Responsibilities: |
Solicit, develop and manage commercial credit and deposit relationships with sales from $2MM - $15MM. Analyze, negotiate, structure and present proposals to prospects, customers and Bank Management. Management of overall relationships within the portfolio, including but not limited to increasing and monitoring commercial loan balances, income production, credit quality and cross-selling other products. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong business development, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational and computer skills. Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial lending experience. Experience in managing a commercial loan portfolio and structuring loan transactions. Proven business development skills. Knowledge in trade finance, foreign exchange and commercial real estate loans is preferred. |

New Manager is awesome, bank is committed to succeeding in this market, part of the banks commercial group now, so larger deals can be done as well. RM will inherit a portfolio of about 40 -50 clients which helps in meeting goals which are very reasonable. Average deal size is from 500k – 2mm. |
