| Position Responsibilities: |
Get to know the local farmers and become an integral part of a small community
Find ways to grow the portfolio
Take a key lead in developing the processes for analyzing and underwriting the loans |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
High School Degree |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
3+ years Ag Lending experience
3+ years Ag underwriting and analysis experience
Strong desire for small town living |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Formal Credit Training.
Like being active in the community and working with farmers. |
