| Position Responsibilities: |
Many banks and lending institutions are getting too conservative and compromising their customer base. Now is the opportunity to join a proactive and fast growing multi-state lender with a strong balance sheet and a “customer first” attitude that has is truly valued. If you are a commercial lending officer that is not allowed to perform at your maximum capability OR not recognized for your full potential, then keep reading. Immediate openings in Fairfield, Hartford, and Windham counties.
OPPORTUNITY: First come, first serve. Only candidates with formal credit training or extensive financial statement understanding will be considered. Openings are for lenders who have Middle Market experience only and have developed loans in the $1,000,000-6,000,000 dollar range. Small Business lenders will not be considered. These positions are for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) lending and do not require Commercial Real Estate experience.
Ideal for candidates that are serious about developing a book of business and have a passion for new sales as well as transferring some of their loyal customers. Transferring a book of business is not required but each candidate mush have comprehensive knowledge of their territory and have many business contacts in the areas.
