| Position Responsibilities: |
We are currently seeking Senior Managers to join our client’s Transfer Pricing Services Group in four key markets. A Senior Manager has the opportunity to leverage economic and general business skills in identifying and executing transfer pricing strategies and solutions for our clients. As a Senior Manager, responsibilities include:
Working with Ph.D. economists, attorneys and tax specialists to analyze and resolve international tax and finance issues faced by multinational corporations.
Establishing relationships with clients, selling services, and participating in all aspects of an engagement from the planning to the execution stage.
Incorporating financial information into a proprietary financial model and conducting economic, financial and accounting analyses.
Assisting in drafting proposals, reports, document requests and other correspondence.
Training and recruitment of personnel.
Excellent project management and presentation skills required

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Masters |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
7+ years of experience working in transfer pricing in an academic or consulting environment, having gained the technical skills and the professional qualities necessary to provide our clients with the quality service they expect.
BA or BS in Economics with Finance or Accounting background; advanced degree preferred (Masters or PhD).
Strong analytical abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong presentation skills).
Computer skills with knowledge of MS Excel preferred. Foreign language skills a plus.
Prior supervisory experience required.

Directly from another consulting firm in transfer pricing, preferably Big 4; open to those who have left public accounting within last three years. |
