Our client is a growing financial institution that desires to hire a change agent to help revamp and improve some of the purchasing, payroll, and processes in their shared service division.
The right person will be responsible for:
1. Driving change through shared services
2. Strategic planning
3. Organizational communication
4. Compliance: ensure all controls, policies, and resources are adequately deployed and consistent with organizational mission
The incumbent will receive excellent support from senior management and will be responsible for developing the road map to ensure that Shared Services is seen as an asset by all divisions effected by it.

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
1. Degree in accounting or finance
2. Shared service experience of large financial consolidation and reconciliation experience
3. Strong accounting acumen
4. Proven track record instilling change and restructuring throughout an organization |
