| Position Responsibilities: |
Dynamic Fortune 500 company located in the heart of San Francisco’s financial district is seeking a motivated team-oriented candidate for a Staff Internal Auditor position. Internal Audit is tasked with assessing the risk management and control process of all aspects of the Corporation’s activities including a wide variety of operational and financial audit engagements. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing and communicating risk based audit plans
• Defining expectations for each audit project including objectives, scope, timing, key contacts, and deliverables
• Working with clients and audit team to ensure the successful development of risk assessments, design of audit programs, and completion of integrated audits to produce high quality reports
• Providing expertise on the design of controls into new and existing business processes
• Identifying control gaps, assisting management in creating action plans to address risks and ensuring that action plans are completed
• Influencing process improvements with business owners

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• 3 - 5 years of experience evaluating internal controls in an auditing, accounting, or business process environment, OR comparable operational experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business related field
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead client meetings, discuss issues, and report progress on work product
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Ability to travel (within California - 25%)

| Preferred Qualifications: |
• Big 4 experience
• Proficiency with SAP and ACL
• Sarbanes-Oxley 404 audit experience
• Certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, or CFE) or post graduate degree (MBA)
