| Position Responsibilities: |
Call on companies in the greater Harrisburg, PA market. Would like experience in Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Lebanon, York, and or Adams counties. General lending to include commercial and industrial as well as owner occupied real estate. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
1 to 2 years sales experience in financial services. Bachelors degree. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Formal credit training, mid market experience. |
| Additional Comments: |
Bank is willing to look at good business bankers who are comfortable calling on progressively larger companies with revenues up to $50mm. Deals typically up to $15mm. Local decision making with signature authority for quick turnaround. Terrific organization that is solid as a rock. Strong incentive plan where one could earn an incentive payout up to 40% of base salary. Not a hard core production environment but much more of a full service RM role. |
